  • The business may need a 2-step sale process, sometimes as a regular business process, other times as a security or auditing process. First process Transaction then take the receipt for payment.

How it Works

  • Consider how many terminals you need. Each will need a license of SelfServe.
  • Select and Pay for the licenses. Minimum 12 months.
  • Select and Pay for the number of tablet-kiosks you require.
  • Our SelfServe app is good to go, but we will need to work with you to integrate your Merchant Mobile POS so you can accept Card Payments and generate receipts at your business as well as for minor customization e.g. your logos, company colours, etc. We will do all this before shipping out to you.
  • Will assist with setup and train you on usage.

How do I get setup?

1. Sign-up for an account on the home page, you will get an email in your inbox (check your spam box too). Click on the link within the email to complete the registration process.

2. Download the Office247 app from the Android Googleplay app store to every device that needs to process transactions or view dashboard reports. E.g. each Sales Terminal, Data-entry person, Manager or Stakeholder, Note that each such device will require a license.

3. You can get yourself fully up and running by following the User Guide.
